A fresh update for a historic Savannah home

When we first saw this home, we were immediately drawn to all of the amazing windows - 52 to be exact. Adorned with beautiful original oak floors, high ceilings, and grand fireplaces, this Ardsley Park gem had all the good bones for a remodel.

Built in 1918 with only two previous owners, time had certainly stood still, and the home was ready for a full makeover. The nine-month, intense process included opening the kitchen to the dining room, as well as fully customizing the master suite.

Wanting the new kitchen layout to feel more spacious and welcoming, the materials we chose stayed within a soft, neutral palette. We also designed a built-in breakfast nook, installed new appliances, and added open wood shelving. The extensive overhaul of the master bath included the addition of a soaking tub, large custom shower, and design of a master closet.

We couldn't be happier with the way it came out; the home is now light and bright, filled with natural tones, pops of pink, and modern fixtures.
